Aurora Cannabis rises on strong Q1 results
** U.S.-listed shares of pot firm Aurora Cannabis ACB.TO, ACB.O up 11.4% at $6.55 premarket
** Co reports positive first-quarter free cash flow (FCF) of C$6.5 mln vs negative FCF of C$11.7 mln a year ago
** Quarterly revenue was up 11.6% at C$83.4 mln from prior year, beating estimates of C$77.2 mln - LSEG
** Rise was helped by growth in medical cannabis business and its plant propagation business
** Quarterly adjusted core profit jumped 86.6% to C$4.9 mln, beating estimates of C$4.2 mln - LSEG
