Australia's Charter Hall rises as Morgan Stanley increases PT
** Shares of Charter Hall Group CHC.AX rise as much as 1.1% to A$16.295, hitting their highest level since September 13
** Analysts at Morgan Stanley increase price target to A$18.50/shr from A$15.80/shr, maintain "overweight" rating
** Brokerage forecasts EPS of 75 Australian cents and NPAT of A$373 mln ($257 mln) for the real estate manager in FY25
** We think there is further share price upside over the next 12-18 months as rate cuts continue globally - Morgan Stanley
** Brokerage says if CHC continues to execute transactions equivalent to 15-20% of its assets under management, there is circa A$20-25 mln of profit upside in a normalised scenario
