Bernstein resumes Naturgy with 'market-perform' on limited upside potential
** Bernstein resumes Naturgy NTGY.MC coverage with "market-perform" vs "underperform" when it discontinued coverage in April
** Sets PT at 24 euros ($26.73)
** Sees limited upside potential for Spanish utility co and doesn't expect the energy scenario to favour NTGY in the coming years
** Says it has factored in co's shareholding structure remaining unresolved since two of its four key shareholders are looking for an exit
** "The outcome is uncertain and could have a positive (full takeover bid) or negative (selling the stakes gradually triggering overhung risk) impact on the share price", it says
** Avg rating of 18 analysts covering NTGY is the equivalent of "hold"
