Citi upgrades Stora Enso to 'buy' on higher profit expectations
** Citigroup upgrades Stora Enso to "buy" from "neutral", saying the Finnish forestry firm's restructuring and cost-saving programme will support EBIT
** It notes Stora Enso's new management is focusing on profitability and shareholder returns
** The measures will add EUR 330 million ($355 million) in EBIT over two years, Citi says, predicting profit growth as volumes return and operating leverage kicks in
** Restructuring and postponement of two expensive projects will also support cashflow, it adds
** Stora Enso is also less affected by the rise in wood costs thanks to its higher self-sufficiency, vs UPM UPM.HE and Billerud BILL.ST, Citi says
** Out of 17 analysts covering Stora Enso, ten rate the stock "buy" or "strong buy", three "hold" and four "sell"
