** Co forecasts annual profit above estimates owing to lower costs of manufacturing, logistics and commodity
** Expects FY25 profit in the range of $6.55 to $6.80 per share vs LSEG estimates of $6.45 per share
** Logs quarterly adj. profit of $1.82 per share, topping estimates of $1.56 per share
** However, CLX's quarterly sales decrease due to impact from poor weather, divestiture of Argentina business, distribution recovery and lower consumption in household business
** Posts Q4 rev of $1.90 bln vs estimates of $1.95 bln
** Sees annual sales in the range of flat to down 2%, below analysts' estimates of a 2.55% rise
** Up to last close, stock down about 6% YTD
