July 15 (Reuters) -The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1930 GMTon Monday:
** Macy's M.N scrapped talks with an investor group comprising Arkhouse Management and Brigade Capital that had offered to acquire the department store chain for $6.9 billion, sending its shares down 15%.nL4N3J70W5
** Cleveland-Cliffs CLF.N said it will buy Canadian peer Stelco Holdings STLC.TO for C$3.85 billion ($2.8 billion), marking its first acquisition since a failed bid for rival U.S. Steel X.N last year. nL4N3J70M9
** Dutch company Yandex NV YNDX.O said it had finalised the divestment of its Russia-based technology assets to a consortium of Russian investors in a cash and shares deal worth around $5.4 billion. nS8N3II03B
** European aerospace groups Airbus AIR.PA and Thales TCFP.PA are exploring a tie-up of at least part of their space activities, two industry sources said, confirming a report by French business paper La Tribune. nL8N3J7047
** Google parent Alphabet GOOGL.O is in advanced talks to acquire cybersecurity startup Wiz for roughly $23 billion, a person familiar with the matter said on Sunday, in a deal that would represent the technology giant's biggest acquisition ever. nL1N3J609G
