** Vista Outdoor VSTO.N said on Tuesday it has not yet decided on the latest buyout offer from MNC Capital and delayed its special investor meet to vote on a separate deal to sell its ammunition unit to defense firm Czechoslovak Group (CSG). nL4N3KS0ZC
** U.S. antitrust regulators have told Seven & i 3382.T it may probe a potential deal with Canada's Alimentation Couche-Tard ATD.TO, two sources familiar with the matter said, in an early sign that a merger could face regulatory scrutiny. nL1N3KS0TY
** Japanese steelmaker Nippon Steel's 5401.T vice-chair will meet senior U.S. officials in Washington on Wednesday in an attempt to save its proposed $14.9 billion takeover of U.S. Steel X.N, the Financial Times reported on Tuesday. nL4N3KS1IP
** Newmont Corp NEM.N said on Tuesday it would divest the Telfer project and its interest in the Havieron gold-copper project in Western Australia to Greatland Gold GGPL.L for up to $475 million. nL4N3KS1H6
** TC Energy's TRP.TO C$1 billion ($736.92 million) deal to sell a minority stake in its Canadian natural gas pipeline system to a consortium of Indigenous communities has been delayed due to a transaction structuring issue, the company said. nL4N3KS0ZJ
** UPS UPS.N said it would acquire Germany-based healthcare logistics firm Frigo-Trans for an undisclosed amount to boost its healthcare cold-chain facilities in Europe. nL4N3KS0WD
** AngloGold Ashanti is now in a position to pursue growth through the acquisition of high-value assets, CEO Alberto Calderon said on Tuesday, after the miner agreed to buy Egypt-focused smaller rival Centamin CEY.L in a $2.5 billion stock and cash deal. nL4N3KS0FV
** German airline Lufthansa LHAG.DE is considering taking a stake in Latvia's state-owned carrier airBaltic ahead of its IPO, a source familiar with the matter told Reuters. nL8N3KS0OU
** British hedge fund founder Paul Marshall has bought The Spectator political magazine for 100 million pounds ($131 million), seller RedBird IMI said. nL8N3KS0NE
** Australia's Mineral Resources MIN.AX said that it got approval from the Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB) for the sale of a 49% stake in its Onslow Iron Project's haul road for A$1.3 billion ($865.3 million). nL4N3KS0P2
** Investment fund CVC CVC.AS is in talks to buy a majority stake in Spanish pharmaceuticals firm Rovi's ROVI.MC third-party manufacturing business, Expansion newspaper reported, citing unidentified market sources. nL1N3KS08C

** The U.S. Federal Trade Commission urged a federal judge in New York to block Tapestry's TPR.N $8.5 billion merger with rival handbag maker Capri Holdings CPRI.N at a trial on Monday, arguing it will eliminate fierce head-to-head competition in the market for "accessible luxury". nL1N3KR0QR
** U.S. lender NBT Bancorp NBTB.O has agreed to buy Evans Bancorp EVBN.A in a deal that values it at nearly $236 million, as it looks to expand its footprint in western New York. nL4N3KR1KV
