Interpump posts Q2 profit fall, lowers revenue outlook
Aug 7 (Reuters) -Italy's Interpump ITPG.MI posted a 24.2% drop in second-quarter net profit to 62.5 million euros ($68 million) on Wednesday, prompting the high-pressure pump maker to lower its revenue outlook and knocking its shares.
It now expects a full-year revenue decrease in the "high single digits" having previously forecast a change of +1/-5%.
Interpump reported earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) of 124.6 million euros, down 14.5% year on year. It confirmed its EBITDA margin target of 23% for the year.
Interpump shares fell as much as 4% after it posted its results, hitting their lowest levels since October 2022.
