Med crude-Med differentials hold steady in thin trade
LONDON, Aug 15 (Reuters) -Mediterranean and Russian Urals crude differentials held steady on Thursday in thin trade.
PLATTS WINDOW
* No bids or offers were made for Urals, CPC Blend or Azeri BTC crude in the Platts window on Thursday.
* On Wednesday, Austria's OMV had offered an 88,000 metric ton cargo with Sept. 3-7 dates at dated Brent minus $1.80 CIF Augusta, but no buyers stepped forward.

* Iraq is making the biggest change in decades to the way it works with global oil firms in a bid to lure more money into its hydrocarbon sector, with Baghdad shifting to share profits from its massive reserve development, sources said on Thursday.
* Russia's seaborne exports of oil products to Asia via the Cape of Good Hope almost doubled month-on-month in July to a record high of 1.1 million metric tons, as more vessels take the route around Africa to avoid the Suez Canal shortcut, LSEG shipping data showed.
* Kazakhstan's oil and gas condensate output fell 0.9% year-on-year to 52.2 million metric tons in the seven months to July 31, data showed on Thursday.
