** "Despite taking an overall prudent view on sector inflow dynamics, we expect positive momentum on recurring fees to help share price performance from here," it says
** Upgrades Banca Generali BGN.MI to "overweight" from "equal weight", hikes PT by almost 24% to EUR 48.6; its shares are up 2.5% by 0912 GMT
** Points to BGN's financial advisor network expansion, lower Italian bond yields and its recently-acquired Swiss banking license as potential growth boost factors
** Retains "overweight" on Banca Mediolanum BMED.MI and "equal weight" on FinecoBank FBK.MI and Azimut AZMT.MI
** It expects "a strong consistency" in Banca Mediolanum's results despite no major catalyst
** Azimut's project to spin off of a part of the Italian business "could introduce uncertainty in coming months" while M&A discussions and core business slowdown are themes at FinecoBank, it says
** AZMT and BMED are down 0.17% and 0.60%; FBK is up 0.2%
