OHLA OHLA.MC
Owner of Audax Renovables ADXR.MC Jose Elias has formed a consortium of investors to bid for OHLA, news website El Confidencial reported citing sources close to the negotiations. Elias could help OHLA secure a capital increase as the company seeks to raise up to 150 million euros ($163.38 million), El Confidencial added.
