Italian chemical product maker Esseco Industrial said on Friday it launched a competing takeover bid for Ercros at 3.84 euros ($4.10) per share. nFWN3IP15A

Spanish market regulator CNMV said on Thursday Eurofondo does not need to launch a takeover bid for Ayco when its voting rights reach or exceed 30%. The exemption was requested by Eurofondo, CNMV added. nFWN3IP0VZ
