** Deutsche Bank cuts Evotec EVTG.DE to "sell" from "hold" citing the company's profit warning issued on Tuesday, which it says implies consensus downgrades
** UBS upgrades Equinor EQNR.OL to "neutral" from "sell" seeing less risk for the Norwegian energy company as gas prices rebound in Europe
INITIATIONS AND REINSTATEMENTS
** Jefferies initiates coverage of Engie ENGIE.PA with "buy" rating, saying the French energy company has a compelling renewable energy business and trades at an "unjustified" discount to its peers
