UK Stocks-Factors to watch on Sept 11

Sept 11 (Reuters) -Britain's FTSE 100 .FTSE index is seen opening higher on Wednesday, with futures up 0.15%.
* RIGHTMOVE: Britain's largest real estate portal Rightmove RMV.L rejected the 5.6 billion pound ($7.32 billion) cash-and-stock takeover proposal from Australia's REA Group REA.AX, it said, citing that the bid undervalued its prospects.
* ANGLO AMERICAN: Miner Anglo American AAL.L said one of its subsidiaries has raised 7.2 billion rand from the sale of about a 5.3% stake in Anglo American Platinum (Amplats) AMSJ.J as part of a share sale program that launched a day earlier.
* GSK: British drugmaker GSK GSK.L said its experimental herpes simplex virus (HSV) vaccine candidate failed to meet the main goal of a mid-stage trial and would not be taken forward to a late-stage trial.
* RENTOKIL: British pest control company Rentokil Initial RTO.L said it would cut jobs to slash the cost over-runs as it guided a smaller revenue growth at its North American business in the second half of the year.
* DUNELM: British homeware retailer Dunelm DNLM.L reported annual profit above market expectations, helped by strong demand for its small-ticket furnishings items like bedding and kitchen appliances in a challenging market.
* BOOHOO: British online fashion retailer Boohoo BOOH.L said it will supply its customers in the United States from the UK, rather than its U.S. centre, resulting in a write-down.
* ENERGEAN: Gas producer Energean ENOG.L posted a higher first-half profit, helped by a rise in production due to strong summer demand in Israel.
* UK ECONOMY: Britain's economic output grew by less than expected in month-on-month terms in July, data from the Office for National Statistics showed.
