PREVIEW: General Mills rev, EPS seen easing in quarterly results
** Shares of General Mills GIS.N were little changed at $74.61 on Tues ahead of the food co's quarterly results due before the bell on Wed
** Analysts expect quarterly rev to ease to $4.80 bln from $4.91 bln in the yr ago period, and they expect EPS of $1.06/shr vs $1.09 a yr ago, according to LSEG
** The company has beaten analysts' earnings expectations in all of the past eight reporting periods, per LSEG
** This week, Mizuho raised its price target on the stock to $69 from $62
** Twenty one analysts cover General Mills and on avg rate it a "hold," and its median PT is $71.00, based on LSEG data
** On Sept 12, General Mills said it will sell its North America yogurt business to French dairy firms Groupe Lactalis and Sodiaal in a $2.1 bln deal
** Including the session move, GIS is up 14.8% YTD vs a roughly 17% increase in Nasdaq .IXIC
